-the Stag & Map-

  Every year around springtime, stags the land over shed their antlers. Fortunately, I have a good friend with both permission & access to forage this sculptural bounty- & so, the Stag & Map was born.

  Carefully selected antlers are mounted on a perspex-covered map of the Scottish Highlands- including the area of Loch Ness. Once secured in place, the antlers & map are finished with a stained & oiled pine frame & two mirror plates at either side for mounting the piece to a wall.

  Perfect simply as an art piece or a talking point, the Stag & Map can also be used to display or store small items such as jewellery, hats, keys, sunglasses etc.

Note: the Stag & Map is NOT a coat rack, it is only suitable               for lightweight items such as jewellery, hats, scarves etc
